How long will my download link remain?
The link will be available for 7 days.
You have five tries to download before the link is inactive. If you have problems contact us at sales@prontopix.com.
PRIVATE PRINTS
Can I load a print image to the internet?
NO. Print images are for private use only. Special internet images are available for using on the web. Go to web pictures.
Can I make multiple prints?
YES. The images are royalty free. But they are sold for private use and cannot be sold or used in print media. Go to news pictures, which include a licence in the price.
Can I reproduce a print image in a magazine or newspaper or on a flyer?
NO. Print images are for private use only. Special news images are available for using in print media and include a royalty free licence. Go to news pictures.
NEWS IMAGES
Can I reproduce a news image on the web?
YES. If you have purchased a news image for print media, you can also reproduce that image on the web, so long as a credit to ProntoPix.com is
included and the file size is reduced to approx 380 pixels at 72 dpi.
Can I reproduce a news image without a credit?
NO. All images must be credited to ProntoPix.com. Reproducing a news image without a credit is a breach of terms and conditions.
Do images need resharpening?
YES. News images are not sharpened as each organisation requires different processing. Curve and sharpen to your own requirements.
Can I reproduce the images as many times as I like without a reproduction fee?
YES. Images are royalty free. But they need a credit for ProntoPix.com each time they are reproduced.
RESALE, POSTCARDS, PRINTS, MUGS ETC
Can I sell postcards, mugs, placemats, prints etc made from the images?
NO. None of the images on ProntoPix.com can be resold in any form whatsoever. It is a breach of copyright to sell such images. SEE LARGE IMAGES

Can I telephone you?
NO and YES! We do not provide telephone support. You can leave a voice message at +44 20 7681 2113 (or fax) but the number is not monitored regularly. Email is the quickest way to contact us.
LARGE IMAGES
Do you have high-resolution images available for commercial use?
YES. But email us with your requirements. Images much larger than 2mb at 300 dpi are not currently available for downloading.
PAYMENT
How is payment made?
Through PayPal.
Can I use a credit/debit card?
YES. Whatever is acceptable to PayPal.
Do you take cheques?
MAYBE! Payments via PayPal are easy. You can set up an account using your bank. However, contact us if you really want to do it the slow way, we might be able to help.
